If you haven’t signed up with a Google AdWords account and if you are planning to do so then you will have to read this because it can save you a lot of trouble. There are a couple of options you have to set when signing up with an AdWords account and once you’ve set these options, you cannot change or edit them.
Therefore, if you’ve made a mistake and want to change these options, you will have no choice but to BUY GOOGLE THRESHOLD ACCOUNT and start all over, which is really troublesome because you will lose the account history that you have built over time.
1. Pre-Pay or Post-Pay
– If you are serious about advertising with Google AdWords, you should always opt for the Post-Pay option. Do not choose Pre-Pay unless don’t have the intention to spend a lot of money with them. The reason is, if you are able to get a good returns from your ad campaigns. You would want to spend as much money as you possibly can to maximize your revenue.
If you reach a point where you are spending hundreds and thousands of dollars a day with them. If would be really difficult with a Pre-Pay account as you will have to pre-pay (top up) a large sum of credit every single day to your AdWords account.
2. Time Zone
– The other thing to take note is the time zone, when you first sign up with AdWords. You will be given the option to choose the time zone for your account. Normally you would want to set the time zone according to where you live.
However, if you are working with companies or affiliate networks that are located in the US and you are living somewhere else, say Australia for instance, then you will trouble with the accounting as there’s a 12 hour discrepancy between the two countries.
It will be very difficult to calculate the daily profit/loss due to time difference. So in this scenario, even if you are living in Australia, but because you are working with US based companies. It would be easier to set the account’s time zone as the US time.
